Our tasting room, aka The Terrace, is open to the public for wine tasting and enjoying a bottle of wine with friends and family. The grounds at Karamoor are closed to the public. However, visitors can gain access by signing up for scheduled Tour and Tasting events or by booking a private event or tour at the winery.

Private Events Information

Our Winery Policies

  • Groups of 8 or fewer persons are welcome on a first-come first- served basis (no reservations accepted). 
  • Groups of 9 – 15 persons required an advance confirmed reservation.  All parties of 9-15 persons  will be charged a group fee of $100.  All reservations and seating are subject to availability.  Please email Mary at [email protected] to inquire about reservations. 
  • Groups of 16 or more persons will be treated as a private event and must book a reservation in advance.   All reservations are subject to availability.  Please email Mary at [email protected] to discuss our event space options, availability, pricing and other details.  

Buses, vans, or limousines are not permitted unless the group has a prior confirmed reservation and has received approval from us for such transportation arrangements. Service may be declined for any group arriving without such reservation and approval.

With the exception of infants in carry packs or strollers, persons under the age of 21 are not permitted.

Persons who look 30 years old or younger can expect to have their ID checked. Any person without a valid driver license or other state issued ID showing that they are 21 or older will be asked to leave the premises.
In accordance with Pennsylvania law, we are obliged to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Guests visiting the Terrace may bring their own food to consume while enjoying our Terrace wine tasting experience. However, bringing Alcoholic beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any coolers, bags, or other containers shall be subject to inspection, and if any alcoholic beverages are found, your party will be asked to leave.

Only certified service animals as defined under the ADA servicing a guest are welcome. All other animals, including emotional support and therapy animals, are prohibited. Click here to read more about the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Karamoor is a smoke/vape-free property and vaping or smoking of any kind is prohibited.
The Karamoor Terrace is located in a residential area and noise levels are subject to monitoring in accordance with the township ordinance. Other than what is provided by Karamoor Estate, outside amplification of any kind is prohibited (including, but not limited to, stereos; car stereos when a car is not in motion; iPod amplified from a speaker; cell phone streaming music; etc.).
