2019 Cabernet Sauvignon:
A near perfect growing season with no late frost, a warm summer, and relatively dry through an
extended ripening period produced a sound and bountiful crop from our estate vineyards.
Aromatic elements of black currants, cedar, and lavender are greeted with slight hints of tarragon, dried
plum and saddle dust. Soft tannins on a medium structure bring out light blackberry, cola, and herbal
notes to complete the classic characteristics of this renowned French varietal.
